Employment Agencies in Dubai UAE : List of employment agencies in Dubai with contact details including company names, contact details, telephone numbers, email addresses, websites, location map, driving directions, deals, offers, prices, costs, coupons, vouchers, reviews and ratings. There are many advantages that can be obtained from employment agencies in Dubai. In fact, both employers and jobseekers can gain from using employment or recruitment agencies that in today’s market competition, these advantages must be optimized accordingly.

At first thought, many of us would think that employment agencies work for the jobseekers, yet in truth, their main client are the employers as the employers are the parties which pay the agencies for services rendered. When employers hire employment agencies to look for worthy candidates to fill the positions they offer, all the legworks are done by the agency. The company or employer need not sort through a lot of resumes. This task can take time considering each resume has to be reviewed to separate the qualified from those who are not qualified. Interview would already be started immediately. Employment agencies usually have a database of resumes that when job positions are offered by the employers, the agencies may already have some candidates on hand and ready for the interview.

Depending on the needs and preferences of the companies in Dubai, the services rendered by the agencies may be adjusted. For example, a company only needs and wishes to have resumes of qualified jobseekers so the company’s staff can perform other recruitment tasks like interviews, screening, background checks and others. If the company wishes to rely everything to the agency, the latter can cater to the needs of the company. The candidate resumes will be processes, screening of candidates will be done, background, evaluation checks and initial interview will be performed before the lucky candidates are sent to the company manager for the final interview.

If the company or employer can gain from the employment agencies, so do the jobseekers. Just as what agencies offer to employers, the labor of finding open positions are performed by the agency to the jobseekers. Oftentimes, employment agencies have access to a number of open positions which may not be publicly advertised and thus cannot be found on your own. Therefore when you use employment agencies in Dubai you have a better edge on being noticed by employers and you have a better chance on getting hired for the position. If you are looking for a new job while you are still employed, the agency can do the searching for you as you perform well on your present job. The agency will alert you when a suitable spot is available. It is the agency who sell and offer your proficiency to employers. If you want, the agency can also negotiate the topic about salary with the employers. This you are ensured they can do very well as a percentage of your supposed salary will be paid to them.

Both the employer and the jobseeker gain from using employment agencies. Through the agency, each party is informed that each of them is serious in winning or offering the position. If the employer or company is not serious in the position they offer and in finding a successful candidate to fill that position, it will not spend money on hiring employment agencies for the required services. The responsibility of the employment agency is to find candidates whose qualifications are suitable to the requirements of the job position.

Employment Agencies in Dubai

Top Employment Agencies in Dubai UAE : List of employment agencies in Dubai with contact details. The list of agencies compiled below have a good understanding of the UAE and Middle East job markets, have dedicated and experienced recruiters for different career fields, great customer service with a high percentage of successful placements and a large network of companies with which they have contracts. Here is a list of employment agencies which can assist you in finding a job in Dubai UAE.

The way that people look out for jobs has changed drastically since the past few years. Previously, the employment market was the employer’s market where the employer would inform about positions open in their company. However, all this is a thing of the past; the new world of employment contains such aspects as the employment agencies. The agencies do just that – look for employment for people who are looking for jobs. If you are looking for the right agencies, read on to know some important tips.

Compare the Services to the Charges – The business model of employment agencies in Dubai UAE differs from agency to agency. Some agencies do not charge a cent to the employee, and charge a flat fee comprising of pre determined number of month’s salary from the company once they are hired. Some agencies actually charge a nominal amount of money from the employee and also charge the aforementioned fee to the company. Of course, before paying any of these agencies, make sure that you are getting the right value for your money.

Know the Employment Agency’s Expertise – Some agencies have only certain professions that they help getting hired, like sales, production, manufacturing, managerial, etc, while some offer job opportunities to almost every profile. Therefore, before you decide on an employment agency, make sure that you find out whether the agency has an expertise in the profession you are looking for a job in.

Of course, this does not mean that every employment agency has its expertise and you should not even look at a non expert recruitment agency, but if you have the option, a specialized Employment agency is always suggested.

Talk to the Others Hired Via the Employment Agency – Every company has their best lot, and a good employment agency will have their best placements too. If possible, get in contact with these individuals and try to find out whether their hiring process was a smooth affair or whether they had any problem with the employment agency in Dubai UAE. This simple research will go a long way in helping you decide whether you have chosen the right employment agency.

Local Employment Agency in Dubai UAE – For people looking for a job in the nearby locality, a local recruitment agency is the best bet. The local employment agency would know all the general job opportunities in Dubai that are present in the locality and would also prefer to cater to the local resident, as it becomes free word of mouth publicity. Therefore, try to find out the employment agencies in Dubai, so that you get the bet options for your job profile, and those too in your locality.

If you are looking for any kind of research, the Internet is the best place to go to. There are several job portals that can be compared to international job search agencies in Dubai UAE that will offer you all the information about available jobs all around the world. All you would have to do is to check which job fits you well.

Private employment agencies have the largest share of the market and are now quite well known to most people from personal experience at local offices and advertisements in the press. Local employment agencies deal with jobs that are clerical, junior administrative, shop staff, IT professional etc. Another type of private agency concentrates on recruitment and, sometimes, the initial stages of selection of middle and senior managers or of professional and specialist staff in fields such as, law accountancy, engineering, etc. Private employment agencies provide at times a very valuable service, especially in recruiting staff in situations where there is a shortage of the particular types of employees required. However, since they exist to make a profit, employers have to pay for any employees they may recruit in this way.

There are also pros and cons that have to be carefully weighed, especially when these private employment agencies are used to assist in the selection of managerial or professional staff. The advantages are the specialist knowledge that an agency can acquire of the employment conditions and requirements in particular fields, objectivity of view and skill in conducting the selection procedure. The main possible disadvantage in using external assistance for recruitment and selection purposes is the agent’s lack of first-hand experience of the cultural and environmental aspects of the organization’s work and life.

There has been substantial growth of so-called ‘head-hunters’ or recruitment consultants. As the terms suggest, these are private firms and agencies of recruitment consultants who earn fees by meeting the job needs of organizations for specialist and senior managerial staff. Much of their work is carried on by means of an informal network of contacts, whereby they keep records of career profiles of people likely to be in constant demand, and obtain information about the needs of employers for appointments to be filled. This method has provided its value to the employer and employee clientele of these agencies.

Professional Employment Agencies – Several different kinds of agencies are included under the heading or Professional Employment Agency. The features they have in common are that they are all agencies set up by particular organizations to help their own members or ex-members find employment and that they are generally nonprofit making. The agencies of this kind that employers are likely to need and use most regularly are:-

Career services of academic institutions: Universities and similar institutions maintain a full-time career advisory service. They serve as an employment agency for graduating or recently graduated students, are centers of information for graduates about employment opportunities and for employers who are seeking potential managers or professional specialist.

Employment services of professional institutions: A number of professional institutions, such as those representing accounts, engineers, etc. have an employment advisory service whereby a register is kept of members seeking employment and information is collected from employers seeking staff in particular professions. Employment exchange provided by the state service for young people provides a regular liaison between employers and unemployed youth. While both types of employment agencies have flourished, a private employment agency with experience and professionalism is the most sought after.

Matching job seeking individuals with potential employers is the job of organizations known as employment agencies. These agencies can either be a privately owned or public one. Agencies that are public are typically funded by some government sector, while employment agencies of the private variety are owned by corporations or individuals.

The constitution of employment agencies of the public variety has been known to date back to the mid sixteen hundreds. When a British Parliamentarian proposed the “Office of Addresses and Encounters” that would function to connect employers to potential workers, the proposal rejection led to the creation of his own private company.

The Labor Act establishment in the early nineteen hundreds oversaw the government’s formation of the first ever London agency. In 1909, when the Labour Exchanges Act was enacted, this program spread all over the nation. All developed nations now have public agencies in place that are setup to assist individuals who are seeking employment.

Temporary vs Permanent – Agencies of employment can be permanent as well as temporary. The terminology can be semantic, and can in turn become misleading. Though the agencies may not be temporary themselves, the jobs that are being offered can be temporary, since there are employers seeking to hire workers for work on a short-term basis. This is common in jobs like bookkeeping, secretarial, accounting jobs, or technical fields that tend to be contractual. Projects that are short-lived also require workers on a short-term basis.

Field Specific – There are also organizations that focus on particular areas, and provide only services that are specific. It is a smart move for a job seeker to use an employment agency, however with the large range of providers in existence, it is essential to select the right one. Opting for a private or public employment agency should depend on the type or quality of service one expects to obtain from the organization.

Free Services – Even if you are choosing an unpaid or free service, it may be of better advantage to use more services available to work for you. The process should be handled carefully in order to avoid any conflicts. There seems to be reciprocal benefits to all involved in the agency field.

Outsourcing – Many employers are perpetually complaining about the difficulties that are involved in finding employees suitable for the job. Depending on the employment level, the method can often be expensive and exhaustive, particularly for companies that may be on a tight budget. Job seekers may even realize that the job hunting process itself seems like a reward-less full-time job. Agencies for employment work as a go-between-er that can draw together employers and employees in a manner that is much more efficient.

Not all businesses have a human resource department to handle employment, thus for this situation the effective filling of this vacant position can be handled simply by an agency. Consider agencies as an outsourced version of a human resource department for your business. It is estimated that it takes over a month and half to fill up a vacant job slot, and it can also cost twenty-five percent of the position’s salary, therefore seeking an agency’s assistance is worth the money. Employment agencies in Dubai work for either employers or job seekers. Hiring an agency can help both parties save the time and effort.

Employment Agencies in Dubai

Top Employment Agencies in Dubai UAE : List of employment agencies in Dubai with contact details. The job of employment agencies is to match prospective employees with employers. Employment agencies can either be publicly funded, by some level of a state, provincial municipal or federal government. They can also be operated by individuals or corporations as private businesses. The publicly funded organizations are usually not run for profit.

Job searching can be complicated and confusing. Traditionally, the process of finding a job required a massive number of contacts, cold calls, interviews, and follow up interviews before you can land a job. It can often become very discouraging, but employment agencies can be one of the tools that job seekers can use for assistance.Through insider connections and in-depth knowledge of the job market, the employment agencies, will often be privileged to have access to vacancies that may not be openly disclosed. They will usually have contacts with some of the key players in various industrial sectors and individual businesses.

One of the keys to finding a job, is not only in effective job searching, but getting yourself recognized. The process may be a lot easier now, but it must be done carefully and not appear to be indiscriminate, and the agencies may be in a better position to help distribute your resume to the right people. You can use the agency to represent you and present your talents to more prospective employers.

When employers need to fill vacancies, they will normally turn to the agencies for assistance. It is then the job of the agency to find and recommend potential candidates. If you remain in contact with the agency, they may often contact you with any information on jobs that they think will be suitable for you.

Agencies are usually compensated by the employer for saving them the time and effort required to fill a vacant position. In businesses, the old adage, that time is money, remains consistently true, and most time should be spent in activities that are directly responsible for producing revenue, such as production and sales. Agencies will also help job-seekers save some of the time consumed in job searches.

An interesting dynamic relationship exists between the agency, employers, and potential employees. Employers are more likely to trust agencies that refer employees who become valued to the company. When they need to fill more vacancies, the chances are high that they will contact them again. Employees that are referred by agencies, are perceived to be of a higher caliber, because they may have been properly screened, and closely evaluated before being referred. The agencies will normally focus on mid-level and entry level jobs in a wide range of various industries. Using an agency that focuses in your particular area of interest could be to your benefit, as that part of your search is now more directed and focused.

Getting a list of the recruiters or agencies that focus on placement in a particular industry is not too difficult. You can contact many of the professional associations that are related to the industry, and ask for references to recruiters. In many cases the recruiters, may have in-depth knowledge of the area, as they may have been working in the industry themselves, and they may also have direct contact with hiring managers.

We all need jobs and employment to earn money and support not just ourselves but our families. Each of us can search for jobs on our own yet there are also employment agencies that can help us find work. These organizations offer assistance to everyone looking for a job and in order to maximize your chances of getting a satisfactory work position, it might be helpful to know more and understand information regarding employment agencies.

Employment agencies help job seekers by becoming the applicant’s representative. First the job seeker applies for a position in the agency’s listing and submits a copy of his or her resume. Remember that no fee should be paid by any applicant to the organization in looking for a position.

Employment agencies earn not from the applicants or job seekers but from the employers who also hire the agencies. Employers hire the agency for various reasons but mainly to look for reliable employees to fill the work position they offer. Most of them get paid on a contingency fee, wherein they only get payment by the employers when the best candidate has filled the open position. Some agencies may also be paid by retained search, in which only one agency is involved to look for the best candidate regardless of how long the search would take. Suppose the client or employer finds the candidate, the candidate must still go through the agency. In general, employment agencies’ main clients are the employers and not you.

Some institutions may collect fees for additional services they offer. It could be payment for a workshop on how to create comprehensive resume or how to dress up during interviews and anything else that will help improve your chances of getting hired.

There are many organizations out there and same with job hunting on your own, you are free to submit applications to as many companies or agencies as you wish. Agencies get resumes from applicants and a good employment firm is one who will set you on an interview to discuss your goals, skills and the kinds of jobs you are interested to apply for. Sometimes, resume are not enough to represent you as a qualified candidate or perhaps you have forgotten to include some important points in the resume so a good recruiter will find your best quality and recommend you for a job listed in the agency.

Keep in mind that whatever you put in the resume which you need to pass to employment firms are all true. Thus you will be giving away personal information that can be used in malicious dealings. Therefore you need to be careful when choosing which employment firm you are submitting your resume to. Make sure that the agency is reliable and reputable. Employment firms do help job seekers to find employment. However, ever applicant must know that in order to find a job, it is not enough to just rely on the agencies. If possible, look for a job on your own as well to increase your chances of getting a job.
